Nottingham Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi will hope to oversee his first Championship victory when Birmingham City arrive on Trentside tomorrow.
The French boss saw his side run out 1-0 victors over Fleetwood Town in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night, with Tiago Silva scoring the only goal.
After making nine changes, Lamouchi hinted afterwards that some players had impressed him sufficiently to be in his thoughts for the Birmingham clash.
Here we look at the starting eleven that the Forest boss could go with ahead of tomorrow’s City Ground contest.
Goalkeeper and back four
Brice Samba looked quality in Tuesday’s game with Joey Barton’s Fleetwood, but Lamouchi has alluded to the fact that Aro Muric is the number one goalkeeper.
Although Muric will return in goal, two men who could well keep their places are Carl Jenkinson and Yuri Ribeiro.
Both impressed in the full-back slots and could retain their shirts at the expense of Matty Cash and Jack Robinson.
At centre-back, Michael Dawson will probably return to partner Joe Worrall.
Samba Sow showed real quality on Tuesday night and he may well replace Ben Watson for the visit of Birmingham.
Watson hasn’t done a great deal wrong in the two games he has played this season, but Sow probably offers something a little bit different.
Alfa Semedo has been the standout performer in the opening two fixtures and looks nailed on to return to the fold.
Joe Lolley, Adomah and Lewis Grabban all earned themselves a rest in midweek and the trio should return to the starting eleven this weekend.
Tiago Silva looked majestic in the Fleetwood win and he should continue in the side following his first goal for the Reds.
Sammy Ameobi and Arvin Appiah did reasonably well in the midweek game and could earn places on the bench.
Here is how Lamouchi’s team could line-up this weekend:
